      I love you dude, but please just say nacho cheese. My neighborhood taco truck dude got talked down to because some chick asked for queyso (meaning nacho cheese) and he gave her queso fresco or some type of mexican cheese (not nacho cheese) and she was like "THAT IS NOT QUESO". Queso is cheese in spanish, nacho cheese is nacho cheese. Also my mom makes the picked jalapenos except with carrots and onions adds some sweetness but I like more acidic jalapenos maybe I'll try your way.

      He started the queso the same way I start my Mac and cheese sauce. Make a Roux, add milk, slowly add the cheeses, and more butter. Then same garlic powder, mustard powder, and little bit of horse radish
